Introduction

Drivers and couriers using the platform work independently and are responsible for the services they provide.

Traveling Partner does not hire or contract with drivers.

Driver

Refers to an independent driver who accepts ride or trip requests through the Traveling Partner platform. Traveling Partner does not hire or contract with drivers. Drivers are responsible for providing transportation services in accordance with all applicable laws and requirements of the platform.

Partner

Refers to anyone using Traveling Partner, including riders, customers, businesses or delivery clients who book rides, deliveries, logistics services or intercity trips through the platform.

Registration & Accounts

You must be 18 years or older to create a Traveling Partner account.

Please register using your own information and keep your account details up to date. You are responsible for any activity carried out through your account, so keep your login information secure.

Services

Location Information

Location information may be used, where permission is granted, to support pickup and drop-off services, driver matching, navigation, estimated arrival times, delivery operations and platform safety. Traveling Partner brings several services together in one platform.

Taxi Ride: Book city rides with verified drivers for your everyday travel. Availability depends on nearby drivers and operating conditions.

Pool Ride: Share your journey with passengers travelling in the same direction. Pool Ride availability depends on matching routes and driver availability.

Delivery: Send parcels, documents and packages through verified delivery partners. Availability and delivery times are subject to service coverage and operating requirements.

Logistics: Traveling Partner provides logistical and transport support for businesses. Fleet availability depends on operational capacity and service requirements.

Tourism: Book tourism travel with verified drivers. Tourism availability depends on destination, scheduling and driver availability.

Fares can change depending on how many drivers are around, how busy things are, the weather, and stuff like that.

Payments

Payments can be completed using the payment methods available on the Traveling Partner platform.

By confirming a booking, you agree to pay the applicable fare, delivery charges, tolls, waiting charges or any other fees related to your booking.

Refund Policy

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly or experienced a problem with a booking, you may contact our support team to request a review.

Cancellation

Driver Conduct

Accept a booking only if you are able to complete it.
Keep vehicles in safe operating condition.
Make every reasonable effort to complete accepted bookings.

User Conduct

Everyone using Traveling Partner is expected to treat others respectfully.

Please do not:

Create an account using false information.
Use the platform for anything other than its intended purpose.
Intentionally damage vehicles, parcels or property connected with a booking.
Threaten, abuse or harass drivers, couriers, customers or our support team.
Engage in illegal activity through the platform.

Failure to follow these rules may result in suspension or permanent removal of your account.
